Make sure to send your letter by Sunday 14th December, so Santa has time to read it and write back before his sleigh takes off!

🎄 Magical Mail Guidelines – Sending Your Letter to Santa 🎅

To help Santa and his elves reply to every child in time for Christmas, please follow these enchanted instructions:

1️⃣ Make it Sparkle with Clarity
Santa receives millions of letters from children all over the world! To make sure your reply finds its way back to you, please write your child’s name and mailing address clearly and legibly on the letter. Santa’s sorting elves are very clever, but they do appreciate a little help!

2️⃣ Patience is Part of the Magic
We’ll do our very best to send a reply within a few days, but sometimes it may take up to a week. Santa’s workshop is buzzing with activity, so thank you for being patient while your magical mail is prepared.

3️⃣ Delivered by Reindeer... Well, Almost!
Replies will be sent via Australia Post, tucked safely inside an envelope addressed to your child. Keep an eye on your mailbox for your special reply.

4️⃣ No Registered Mail – Just Christmas Cheer
Santa’s letters are sent with regular mail, not registered post. Once they leave the North Pole, we can’t control delivery times. If your child hasn’t received a reply within 2 weeks, please contact us — we’d never want a child to miss out on a message from Santa!

5️⃣ A Keepsake from the Heart
If you’d like to receive a copy of your child’s original letter to Santa, just mention it in your note. We’ll make sure it’s included so you can treasure the memory for years to come.
